Fall is almost here and so are seasonal beers. We wanted do something a little different this year and create a new style of beer. We proudly present to you "Oktober-Kolsch". This hybrid beer was created and brewed with the traditional ingredients that make an Oktoberfest, but we fermented it with our Kolsch yeast strain from Cologne, Germany. The result is a crisp, refreshing, 4.8% a.b.v. beer, just in time for autumn.
