This rich full bodied porter was created using several types of specially roasted malts to give it a deep, dark color, with bold notes of chocolate being the predominant flavor. Hop bitterness and aroma are on the low side to help accent the malt character even more. The beer finishes slightly sweet with a warmly, smooth creaminess. Jodi Stoudt added orange and tangerine peel to enhance the citrusy flavor notes and aroma. 7% ABV.
