This extra dark version of a German-style unfiltered wheat beer is similar to our standard Hefeweizen beer except for some dark malts being used in the brewing process. Our blended house strain of yeast still imparts some characteristics of clove and banana flavors with a little extra toasted character derived from the use of the darker malt giving the beer another level complexity. 5.4% ABV.
