A light bodied Blonde Ale fermented with Kolsch yeast to leave a nice clean Lager-like finish with a craft twist. This brew is very lightly hopped and finishes clean that the single specialty grain comes through well. The flavor is light, sweet citrus and has a biscuit or bready flavor complimented nicely by the low hop schedule used during the brewing process. 5.9% ABV.
