Medici is an amalgamation of an India Pale Ale and an American Brown Ale. Nutty, toffee malt flavours and a caramel sweetness are balanced by a robust bitterness provided by Australian Galaxy and British Challenger hops. These provide a spicy, cedar aroma with a gentle citrus note. It has a finish of raisins, hints of liquorice and a dry herbal woody bitterness. 7.4% ABV.
