An ode to our namesake, this summery Saison is brewed with heavy additions of wheat and oats and gently hopped in the kettle and whirlpool with Mosaic and Cascade. We then conditioned this hazy saison on 15lbs/bbl of Hammonton grown Blueberries, Strawberries and Blackberries. The dry finish is balanced by the subtle fruit sweetness for an incredibly refreshing and crushable summer treat! 5% ABV.
