Cascara Dark Mild. 3.0% A cascara infused Dark Mild. Brewed with Maris Otter, crystal, midnight wheat, and chocolate malt. Fifteen pounds of cascara added in the mash, and five pounds added in the hopback. Conditioned on heaps of lemon zest and a bit of lemon juice.
-Notes of cherry tobacco, roasted almonds, black tea, and smoked coffee.
