Peach Cobbler Double Milkshake IPA is a new iteration of our boundary pushing Culinary IPA series. Brewed with pillowy oats, malted wheat, and lactose sugar. Conditioned on a ridiculous amount of peach purée (quadruple the amount than we normally use) as well as whole Madagascar vanilla beans. Dry hopped intensely with Citra & Mosaic from our 2018 selections and conditioned atop heaps of traditional baking spices. Conceived in eternal return with our comrades from Omnipollo. Notes of orange oleo, peach bubblegum, homemade pie crust, fragrant baking spices, and mom-mom’s kitchen during the Fall. 9.2% abv.
