0 Bar(s) Serving Tired Hands Frequency Illusion...

Style: Belgian Saison
Origin: Ardmore, PA United States
Brewery: Tired Hands

Frequency Illusion; Pinot Noir is built up from a base of German Pilsner malt, raw white wheat, and British malted oats. It was hopped with a judicious dose of Pacific Jade from our friends at Freestyle Hops in New Zealand, and primary fermented in a large French oak foudre with our Magickal Saison yeast. Refermented on quite a lot of biodynamically grown Pinot Noir from our buds at Johan Vineyards in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. Brewed in June of 2019, transferred onto the fruit that October, and bottled in March of 2020. Refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. 7.5% abv. Notes of boysenberry fruit leather, lemon pith, some more acid forward SpƤburgunder, blackberry short bread cookies, and raspberry soda pop =)
