New Mexican Apple Pie IPA. Imagined with our pal Ryan from Casita Cerveceria. Brewed with spelt, oats and lactose sugar. Conditioned on apple puree, vanilla beans, cinnamon, ginger, and guajillo & ancho chile peppers. Dry hopped with Simcoe, Equinox, and Hallertau Blanc. Notes of bright tropical fruit, warm spice, coconut, caramel apple, and cotton candy. 8.8% ABV.
