An American Farmhouse ale brewed with locally grown red and raw wheat from Rabbit Hill Farms. Notes of pineapple, grapefruit, and earthiness with a bone dry finish. Our house Belgian yeast was unconstrained during a phase of fermentation and allowed to naturally increase temperature, which created pleasant esters of clove and white pepper. Hops add a light touch of grapefruit and pine. 4.5% ABV.
