We’ve introduced a new breed of American hop known as Azacca, which elicits a variety of tropical aromas and flavors found in recent New Zealand varietals such as mango, pineapple, and tangerine. Pairing Azacca with one of favorite hops, Chinook, incorporates a wealth of sticky pine resin into the mix. The addition of oats softens the mouthfeel and lends a somewhat slick texture, which complements the natural oils found in the hops. Although it won’t weigh you down, the juicy smack of hops found in Scratch #183 will definitely leave a mark across your palate. 4.2% ABV.
