Although typically not as bitter as its hopped-up American counterpart, the Belgian Pale Ale displays prominent sweet and malty overtones. The use of our unique spicy Belgian yeast strain (the same we use for Mad Elf) delivers fruity esters and hints of pepper, clove and bubblegum as well as a crisp, semi-dry finish. The hop bill, featuring Crystal and Magnum, complement the fruity attributes of the yeast, adding shades of citrus and wildflowers. 6.1% ABV.
