Pariah is a Belgian inspired sour ale fermented in former wine barrels with our house abbey strain, Brettanomyces Lambicus and Lactobacillus. The beer is a blend of 2 year old Lacto fermented what ale and a one and a half year old B. Lambicus fermented Belgian style Tripel. You’ll find nuances of banana, pear, grape must, vanilla, oak tannin, and subtle earthiness/straw alongside a puckery dry finish. 9.7% ABV.
