LeVain is a collaboration between Wild Beer and Hobbs House Bakery, who after a year of attempts have created a unique brew resembling Berliner Weisse, a sour German wheat ale. They used a 58-year-old sourdough bread yeast culture from Hobbs, added Brettanomyces (wild yeast), fermented in oak barrels and matured the beer for four months. 3.6% ABV.
