Aged in a port barrel that once housed Dad's Hat Rye, their Grand Cru spent over 6 months maturing in the barrel. A strong Belgian Pale crafted with imported Pilsner malts and a classic Belgian yeast. A subtle malt body with fruity esters in the beer are complimented by a slightly fruity and spicy flavor imparted by the oak. 9.9% ABV.
