The beer pours Amber with orange highlights and a fine, long lasting head. English nose, with a nice hint of bitter orange peel and caramel. The taste is very complex, dominated by the same essence of bitter orange that is in the nose. The beer is well balanced between the sweet scents of caramel and the bitter finish.
