Made the with spoils of last Fall’s harvest, this RAF was brewed entirely with pilsner malt and gently hopped in the kettle with a vintage crop of Slovenian Celeia, with an addition of dried Shiso and Lemon Balm from our good friend Nancy’s (of Home Sweet Homebrew) garden. Dry hopped lightly with more Celeia after three months of aging. White pepper, Fruity Pebbles and champagne yeast on the nose. A potpourri of flavors resembling white Gummi Bears, funky Prosecco, lemon zest, and herbal spice. 4.5% ABV.
